Hi, My name is Kristy Novakowski, here is the story of why the Bumblina Boutique was created. Bumblina the Ballerina is a nickname we gave our little girl Taya Arwen. I always used very mild and natural baby products on her delicate skin. When she turned two I thought she would enjoy bubblebaths (what little girl doesn't?) so I trecked off to the stores only to be disappointed by the selection. The natural bubblebaths didn't look girly and fun and the fun bubblebaths were far from natural, they were more like a chemical soup containing harsh detergents and harmful ingredients like sulfates and artificial fragrances and colors. In May of 2007 we had our second baby girl, Molly May, so now we had two little girls that were going to need bath and body products. I created Bumblina Bathworks Co. so that our girls could enjoy girly, pretty packaging and natural products together.
  Arwen-May Farm (named after our daughters) is our herb farm where we wildcraft the herbs we use in our products. As a herbalist I like to know that the potency of the herbs we use is not compromised. We infuse the herbs in pure olive oil right on site. My buddy Fairy Deb lives right down the road and is our resident Aromatherapist.
  I made my first tutu for Taya on a whim late one night with some ribbon and tulle I had leftover from gift wrapping. Taya was pleased as punch the next morning to find her very first tutu sitting on the table next to her cheerios! When a girlfriend found out I could make tutu's she ordered two on the spot for her little girls and so another facet of the Bumblina Boutique was born.
